We were great learners in our first years of life, using all our senses in learning to roll, crawl, walk and more…In this movement workshop, through simple sensory and somatic explorations, you will rekindle the connection to your kinesthetic self, allowing new perceptions to emerge, and different options to be felt. You can leave habits of contractions for something NEW: a greater ease and range of motion, an improved posture and a sense of ground and centered self.
